Livable CRD is a non-partisan voter-education project. We don’t endorse candidates; we publish a transparent scorecard so residents across the Capital Regional District can see where municipal candidates stand on the issues that shape daily life: transit, housing, climate, arts, walking, cycling, youth, healthcare, and general livability.

• Scorecard progress — updates as we survey candidates and publish their responses by municipality.
• Methodology notes — how we write questions, collect answers, and assign letter grades, so the process stays reproducible.

Where things stand

Participating organizations are drafting a shared questionnaire now. Once candidates are surveyed, ratings will be published ahead of election day. We’ll post milestones here as they land.
